Reservations
Eleanore is a small, independent, family-run restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. For all lunch & dinner reservations, we require your debit/credit card details. There is a cancellation fee of £35 per person. We request 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment, we cannot reschedule bookings within 24 hours of the original booking and will still need to apply the cancellation fee. For parties of 12 guests and above please contact the restaurant directly to make a booking. The restaurant does not accept cash and is only taking card payments.
Please be aware that we offer a mix of high-top dining with bar stool seating and lower tables with chairs. Some areas are communal. Please make us aware if you have a preference and we will do our best accommodate this but we cannot guarantee it.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill.
Due to the nature of the space we are unable to accept children under the age of 5.
If you can’t book your preferred time then please email us and we can notify you if a table becomes available.
